
Good immune support is important throughout the year, but especially during the cold and flu season. The combination of
omega-3 and vitamin D is believed to enhance the body's immunity to infection, which is essential during the flu season. Although I take omega-3 year round, I generally add vitamin D3 in September, when my time in the sun (natural vitamin D) is decreased. I've found that 2000 mg of omega-3 and 5000 mg of vitamin D3 extremely helpful. I have not had a cold or the flu in over 2 years!
